So I decided to make my own hot sauce. It's actually a lot easier than I thought it would be, though I will remember in the future to wear a filter mask when roasting the spicy peppers. Holy cow, the kitchen was full of spicy smoke which made it a bit tricky to breathe. But I got over it, and the result was
delicious!
