Sous Vide Beef

My first sous vide dish, I couldn't wait to get this rolling!
I can't believe how much flavour these steaks had, and the texture was perfect!
And my vacuum sealer lived up to expectations as well.

I wanted something simple for this first go-around so I went with a lemon theme (what I had on hand).

  • put frozen steaks in vacuum bag
  • add olive oil and lemon juice
  • coat the sides of the steaks with lots of lemon pepper seasoning
  • remove steaks from bag
  • heat a pan to about 75% heat (med high?) and sear each side for about 1 min
  • enjoy  :-)






ah yeah, that's the stuff!
