I can't believe how much flavour these steaks had, and the texture was perfect!
And my vacuum sealer lived up to expectations as well.
I wanted something simple for this first go-around so I went with a lemon theme (what I had on hand).
- put frozen steaks in vacuum bag
- add olive oil and lemon juice
- coat the sides of the steaks with lots of lemon pepper seasoning
- remove steaks from bag
- heat a pan to about 75% heat (med high?) and sear each side for about 1 min
- enjoy :-)
ah yeah, that's the stuff!
