So we tried making the
Fancy Baked Potato last night. I have to say, the next go around we will have some improvements, but otherwise this was a really great way to do up potatoes. Next time we're going to add some grated cheddar and (real!) bacon bits before baking. This will be irresistible. Click the potato to see its awesomeness.
